Payments and idempotency
STRSHP uses x402 v2 exact EVM payments. The payment rail is independent of the
chain whose data you request. Naven facilitates both accepted rails.

Retry contract
Every paid request declares the required x402 extension
payment-identifier.
- Generate one identifier per logical request.
- Reuse it only when method, path, query, and body are identical.
- A settled exact retry may return the stored response without settling again.
- Reuse with a different request is rejected before the handler runs.
- If idempotency storage is unavailable, the request fails closed.
