Each cohort is capped at five entries. Pool and infrastructure wallets are excluded. Current holder and smart-buyer positions use bounded live balance checks; missing or mismatched reads are explicit rather than inferred. Unknown tokens return 404. Tokens without sufficient indexed launch history return 422 instead of presenting incomplete wallet evidence.
